My domain was registered at godaddy.com for 9.95/yr but I'm being hosted at freehostia.com.

If you need help with a website I wouldn't mind building one for you. It's not too bad.

Freehostia was just a random one I found because godaddy charge $40 a year for ad-free hosting. It's actually pretty good. I also have three free e-mails for my site through it ;D
